The role of a mentor is to act as a guide by offering advice or information with useful experience, skills, talents, or expertise for your personal and professional development. We like to think having a business mentor in this way, “You can do things your way and muddle along and find yourself working more in your business rather than on it.” The right mentors will be able to help you recognize behavior that is holding you back. They aren’t being critical. They look at the whole picture and the long-term growth for you and your business. It’s to make your life easier and reach your potential with leading and managing the business.
Female entrepreneurs who are experts on various topics will lead the one hour sessions. The sessions will be listed in advance for girls to sign up. A team of young female entrepreneurs and business owners will determine the session topics.
Skype or Zoom will host the mentoring sessions. Mentees from around the world will be able to interact easily with each other and the mentor. There will be opportunities for one-on-one conversations and group sessions. The mentees must be between the ages of 14 and 19.
Participants choose the topics they want to attend from a predetermined list.
