The Girls’ C.E.O. Connection™ is a social enterprise dedicated to motivating, cultivating, and equipping female members of Generation Z who are in high school to become entrepreneurs. We go beyond the typical business curriculum available to high school students. The Girls’ C.E.O. Connection™ fills the gaps left by those who focus on the processes of starting and growing a business.
Some of the girls we connect with may aspire to start a business while others are emerging entrepreneurs. Others are start-ups or have businesses in the growth stage. It doesn’t make a difference what their education level, family background, and economic status might be.
Our blog, social media platforms, mentoring program, video interviews, and the Enterprising Young Females podcast series are a few ways we introduce girls to the ways of thinking to lay the foundation to become successful entrepreneurs.
Girls’ C.E.O. Connection™ provides avenues for interaction with successful female entrepreneurs who mentor, motivate and represent the global community. Our signature Realizing a Vision Conference gives the attendees an opportunity to discuss their future or current businesses in a safe environment. Young women who started thriving ventures in high school or college share their business experiences, answer questions, and spark new ideas in peer-to-peer conversations.
Today’s high school girls are future role models, able to rise to the challenges of a global economy. However, our celebrity culture and its promotion of over-sexualized products is slowly destroying strong representation of female leaders in business and society. As a result, a community of future female entrepreneurs and leaders is not being cultivated. We want to see this generation of high school girls as successful, independent, and well-rounded women. We offer the encouragement and inspiration necessary for them to become successful entrepreneurs.

“Girls’ C.E.O. Connection is a wonderful organization to help high school girls meet amazing and inspiring women that they otherwise would not get to meet. The impact this organization has had on so many girls already to help them achieve their goals and passions is wonderful.”
