Jamie Plafker Becomes New Blog Editor

Girls’ C.E.O. Connection™ Announces Jamie Plafker as Its New Blog Editor

Jamie Headshot Sized to 5 acrossJamie Plafker is a senior at the University of Colorado at Boulder. There she is studying strategic communications with an emphasis in media design. In May 2019  she’ll receive her Bachelor of Arts. In addition Jamie has completed a minor in leadership. Along with her role as blog editor, Jamie’s also a Young Ambassador for the Girls’ C.E.O. Connection. She’s an active member of the Theta Beta chapter of Tri Delta sorority and serves as its Continuing Education Chair. Prior to that Jamie was the Reference Chair.

Beyond Her Resume

When you get to know Jamie you immediately see and feel her passion for creativity. However it’s really more than just creativity. It’s how she wants to use that passion to design solutions through technology. Pretty much all of us have ideas on how to make the world a better place to live. Although in Jamie’s case she is always doing more than just thinking of ideas. She envisions the world designed to make a difference. Jamie’s talents include event planning, design thinking and leading a team. As a result, I’d love to see Jamie combine those talents to show her vision of a different world

In October Jamie and Maddie Daniel interviewed our sponsors Tish and Snooky of Manic Panic® N.Y.C.® . Later this month, Jamie’s blog post of her impression of meeting the sister team will be posted. For those of you who would like to see the interview now go to our Video Interviews page.
