How to Find Your Hidden Talents

How to Find Your Hidden Talents

What Are Your Hidden Talents?

Hidden Talents for GenZ Female Entrepreneurs

So many options are open to you. Perhaps you have already decided what you are going to do and have actually begun your entrepreneurial journey. Whether you want to start a business now or in the future or have already done so, you’ll need strength, passion, and talent to be a strong female leader.

Ask yourself: ‘what are my talents?’

No matter what you set out to do, you need to know this: everyone has talents that come naturally and easily. There are skills that others only wish they shared with you. You have talents that are so developed and come so naturally that others will most certainly pay for you to do it for them since they cannot do it themselves.

However, it’s important to note that talent and passion are not always the same thing. It’s wonderful whenever they are, yet that’s not always guaranteed to happen.

What particular things do you do VERY well with effortless ease?

You might not even realize that your talent is anything of consequence because of how WELL you do it! What is it that you LOVE to do the most? Try to identify the activity that, while you’re doing it, time freezes and hours slip by completely unnoticed.

You most likely have talents that are hidden or that you have never considered. Everything around your hidden talent automatically interests you; every conversation spikes your interest. Even when you are unconsciously performing your hidden talents you feel happy, at ease, peaceful, secure and comfortable with yourself.

You don’t necessarily need to be an unparalleled genius virtuoso at this talent. Keep an open mind towards anything and everything where you have a real skill set. Whether it is cooking or creating pie charts, look for things other people say you do well. Take note of the activities where they see you doing your best. Don’t be easily discouraged. Entrepreneurs come in all shapes and sizes with different talents, but the one quality that ties them all together is their tenacity.

The hidden talents you overlooked, disregarded, or just never realized you possessed all along may be what propels you to real success.

#girlsceoconnection @girlsceoconnection met on Zoo
#girlsceoconnection @girlsceoconnection met on Zoom with the incredible Mary Langewisch and Stella Rose Kaye to learn about Mary's journey as a young female entrepreneur in Colorado. Mary is the owner and artist of Fragile Glory Impressions in Littleton CO. Stella is a member of the @girlsceoconnection Young Woman Ambassador council. She is a budding actress and dancer plus one of East High School's strongest proponents of school safety. She's no stranger to talking to legislatures about the safety of students and teachers. 👏👏👏👏 Enjoy a fun one-on-one conversation with @marys_cards, owner of @fragile_glory_impressions in @littletongov CO, and #stellarosekaye @stellarosekaye from @EastHigh Mary was a panelist on the Young Female Entrepreneurs panel for the WED Colorado Summit this past Jan. Mary's more than the owner of an art gallery, she began her journey as an entrepreneur and artist at 12 years old and opened her studio/gallery when she was in her 20s. She always wanted to teach and holds classes in her studio and online. You'll enjoy Mary's sense of humor and her stories of what her friends thought about her being an entrepreneur while in high school. Enjoy. You can reach Mary at fragile.glory.impressions@gmail.com.👏#fragilegloryimpressions #marylangawisch #marys_cards #stellarosekaye #eastwomeninbusiness #denvereasthighschool #artist #womanbusinessowner #womanownedsmallbusiness #womanceo #womanfounder #Youngwomanambassador #highschoolentrepreneur #highschoolartist #homeschooled #wed_co @wed_colorado #womenseday2022😍😍 #womenseday2023 @womenseday👏👏👏Watch the entire video on the #Girls CEO Connection website address in the bio or https://www.girlsceoconnection.com
